The Information We Collect
“Anonymous” and “Personally Identifiable Information,” is information that can be used to identify you as an individual, that you consent to submit through the forms contained on our Site when requesting a cash offer on your property.
Our forms will collect the follow “Personal Information” including: Name, Home, Work or Cell Phone Number (whichever is provided), Email Address & Property Address. Through our consultation call we may request the following additional details to make you an offer for your property: Subdivision, Mailing Address (if different than Property Address), Property Status, Property Information (number of bedrooms, bathrooms, stories, square footage of real estate, lot size, age, condition of the property, garage and basement, property value), Mortgage Information (first mortgage balance, additional mortgage balance, combined balance of all mortgages and debt, combined monthly payments on mortgages and debt, current payment status, amount owed for back payments), and Selling Information (reason for selling, time frame, listing status, sale price requested).
How long we retain data
If you leave a comment on the site, the comment and its metadata (your email address, the time you posted the comment, the name you used to post the comment) are retained indefinitely. We do that because we want to preserve good questions and answered that are posted on the site throughout the years. However, if you want your comment deleted, you only need to tell us and we will do that for you. Website administrators can see and edit that information.

Our Google Analytics user-data and event-data retention settings are set to 14 months. Reset on new activity is disabled, so new activity does not restart the retention period for a user identifier. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide our home-selling services and communicate with you about your inquiry. Formidable Forms, Podio, AWeber, and TextP2P support the inquiry and follow-up process described below. Their processing of information on our behalf is distinct from a referral to a Realtor or disclosure for an agreed property sale.
Information may be disclosed for the purposes described in this policy. After we agree on a purchase price and you sign a purchase agreement, we provide information needed for the transaction to the escrow company with your permission. Realtor referrals require your permission as described below. Legal and other disclosures are addressed separately.
Inquiry and Follow-Up Providers
Your website request is processed through Formidable Forms and sent to Podio, where a submission record is created and Gavino is notified. He reviews the record and contacts you. If you are still considering your options, Gavino may place you on an AWeber email follow-up list to ask whether you are still considering selling or your situation has changed. Text follow-ups use TextP2P when you select the optional text-update checkbox on the form.
Business Transfers
Through the development of our business, we may sell or buy business units. These transactions will include, Personal Information as one of the assets to the business. In the event So Cal Home Buyers or all of it’s assets are acquired, Personal Information is subject to transference of the business.

If our service is not the best option for you, we may recommend a Realtor. We obtain your permission before sharing your contact or property information for that referral. Submitting a form does not automatically authorize a referral.
