A clear offer and a workable schedule
How to sell your Corona home directly to us
The short form starts the conversation. Repairs, who lives in the house and your moving plans are discussed during our follow-up call, not entered in the form.
Request a call about your property
Enter your name, email, phone number and full property address, including the city. When we call, we will discuss the home’s condition, occupancy and your timing, then arrange a visit.
Consider a written cash offer
We look at the home, the work needed and comparable sales nearby. We usually provide a written offer within 24 hours after the visit. Ask about the price, costs and conditions before deciding.
Set closing and moving dates
If you accept, we work with escrow toward the agreed date. Three to five weeks is typical, not guaranteed. Title, required approvals and your moving arrangements can affect the schedule.

Our Avenida Del Vista purchase in Corona

2046 Avenida Del Vista · Corona
Looking beyond the repairs to the seller’s next move
Doug visited Charlie and Bonnie’s home in November 2018. The evaluation included roof and window replacement, substantial interior work and changes to the home’s layout. The offer reflected that work rather than treating the property as a fully updated house.
After the initial visit and offer discussion, Doug met with the sellers again to answer their questions. The agreed terms set a November 30 closing and allowed up to five days after closing to move out, at no charge, if needed. We completed the purchase on November 30 for $330,000.
If you need time to move after the sale closes, bring it up early. We can discuss whether an arrangement is possible and put any agreed terms in writing. The option in this purchase was specific to these sellers, not a standard promise for every sale.
A historical purchase, not a valuation of your home today.
When the house and its records differ
Selling a Corona home with additions or an uncertain floor plan
Does your house have an extra room, an enclosed space or a layout that does not match the description you found online? You can ask us about a sale before you have every answer. Describe how the space is used and what you know about the work, rather than guessing at its size or permit status.
Start with the address, not just the Corona ZIP code
Before searching for an addition’s paperwork, use the city’s Address Verification map to check whether the property is inside Corona. A Corona mailing address alone does not tell you which building department holds its records.
If the home is outside the city boundary, identify the responsible city or county department before continuing. That distinction affects where you look for information, not whether you can send us the property for consideration.
Look for the work as well as the original layout
For a home within the city, Corona’s eTrakit permit-history search and the Building Division’s separate Building Plan Search are starting points for researching past changes. Bring any records you find alongside plans or paperwork you already have.
No online result is not proof of unpermitted work. If information is missing or conflicts with the house, ask the Building Division what else is available. We can discuss the property while those questions are being clarified.
What to send us with your Corona address
A few photos of the changed space, a description of the differences and any existing paperwork give us a useful starting point. Tell us what remains uncertain. You do not need to order new plans or start a renovation just to request an offer.
Corona housing market
Corona prices are nearly flat. What does that mean for selling?
In the period below, Corona’s median sale price barely changed from a year earlier, while median market time shortened by three days. Those are different signals: homes sold sooner, but the citywide median did not show a comparable jump in price.
Source: Redfin’s Corona housing-market report, checked October 14, 2026. The report describes the three months ending September 2026; figures cover all home types.
Waiting is not a price guarantee
A nearly unchanged median does not establish that your home lost value, or that waiting will produce a higher offer. If you are considering a later sale, compare the costs of keeping the house with the reason you expect waiting to help. This snapshot cannot forecast your eventual price.
44 days is not a move-out deadline
Median market time fell from 47 days to 44. That is not a promise that your sale proceeds will arrive in 44 days: preparation and escrow also affect timing. When comparing offers, ask for the proposed closing date and the possession date separately.
Choose the sale that fits your plans
Should you list your Corona house or take a cash offer?
We are a prospective buyer, not an independent adviser on which option pays you most. Compare our written offer with an agent’s estimate and other proposals before you choose.
Give more buyers a chance to make an offer
Listing may be a better fit if you can accommodate showings and want to pursue the highest available price. Ask about selling as-is as well as making improvements; taking on a renovation is not your only listing option.
- Compare likely proceeds after preparation and selling costs.
- Ask which repairs are worth doing for your particular home.
- Discuss buyer financing, contingencies and a realistic moving schedule.
Discuss the house as it stands today
A direct sale may fit if avoiding repair projects and repeated showings matters more to you. Our offer includes room for anticipated costs and a buyer margin, so it may be below what a retail buyer would pay.
- Check the price and the costs assigned to each party.
- Confirm any repair or cleanout responsibilities in writing.
- Agree separately on closing and when possession changes hands.
A higher price can come with different conditions. Ask who will buy the property, request proof of funds, and review inspection, cancellation and assignment terms. Your own adviser can help you compare the agreements before you sign.
Where we buy
Do you buy homes in my Corona neighborhood?
Yes. We consider properties throughout Corona, including the neighborhoods and communities below. You do not need to live near our Avenida Del Vista purchase to ask about selling.
Corona neighborhoods we serve
- Sierra del Oro
- Corona Ranch
- Downtown Corona
- Mountain Gate
- Chase Ranch
- Eagle Glen
- Dos Lagos
- Green River
These are examples, not a complete list. Tell us your address, property type and condition, and we can discuss whether a purchase would be a fit.
Corona-area ZIP codes
We consider homes in these ZIP areas:
- 92879
- 92880
- 92881
- 92882
- 92883
ZIP codes can cross city boundaries. If your mailing address says Corona but you are outside the city, send it anyway. We also consider nearby Riverside County properties; very rural locations need an address check first.

Questions before you contact us
Selling a house in Corona: your questions
Can I ask for an offer before replacing the roof or windows?
Yes. Roof and window work were part of evaluating our Avenida Del Vista purchase. Tell us about the problems you know of so we can consider the house in its current condition. Review the written agreement for any responsibilities that would remain yours.
Can I stay in the house briefly after closing?
Ask before agreeing to a closing date. We can discuss whether a short stay would work for the transaction and, if agreed, put the occupancy period and responsibilities in writing. The five-day option in the Avenida Del Vista purchase was specific to that agreement; it is not guaranteed for every seller.
What if the home’s layout does not match the property records?
Tell us about the difference and any work you or a previous owner completed. Share plans or permits you have, and use the city’s resources above to investigate further. We can begin discussing the property while questions remain, but an online record alone does not resolve every issue.
My address is outside Corona city limits. Should I still contact you?
Yes. Send the full street address and ZIP code so we can identify the location. Corona and surrounding Riverside County areas are within the broader region we consider, though very rural properties are outside our usual buying radius.
